Your mission: identify, engage, and onboard new merchants to join this game-changing platform.

About the Role As a Client Acquisition Specialist, you will be the bridge between ambitious online merchants and a platform that can transform their business. You’ll leverage digital marketing channels and sales strategies to generate leads, nurture prospects, and convert them into active platform users. Your success is measured by one thing: how many merchants you successfully sign up.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and research potential online merchants and vendors across various niches (e-commerce, dropshipping, retail, etc.)
Utilize digital channels (social media, LinkedIn, email, forums, online communities) to find qualified prospects
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential merchant clients
Engage in cold outreach via email, social media DMs, and calls
Sales & Conversion
Present the platform’s value proposition to online merchants
Conduct product demonstrations and consultations with prospects
Address merchant concerns and objections effectively
Guide prospects through the signup and onboarding process
Close deals and achieve monthly signup targets
Relationship Building
Understand the pain points and challenges faced by online merchants
Position the platform as the solution to their business growth needs
Build trust and credibility with potential clients
Maintain relationships with signed-up clients for referrals and testimonials
Marketing & Outreach
Create compelling outreach messages and sales copy
Develop and execute targeted campaigns to attract merchant signups
Leverage content marketing, social selling, and digital advertising for lead generation
Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize conversion rates
Reporting & Analytics
Monitor and report on key metrics (leads generated, conversion rates, signups)
Provide regular updates on acquisition activities and results
Identify trends and opportunities in the merchant market.
