About the Role

TefoLab is an outbound operations solution. We deploy trained talent and software tools to execute external business operations on budget. As an Outbound Operations Specialist, you will act as a business growth partner to small businesses, merchants, vendors, and corporate targets: connecting with business owners, identifying their daily trade problems, and guiding them through practical solutions.

What You Will Do

  • • Connect with business owners across WhatsApp, Instagram, phone, and direct channels.
  • • Introduce business support services: online store setup, payment safety, restock capital, and delivery support.
  • • Collect verified merchant profiles and guide owners through quick onboarding steps.
  • • Hit daily conversation and verification milestones with clear reporting.
